    Didn't OS/2 use REXX as a scripting language? In 1992 I was working on a retail system that used DOS and OS/2 cash registers in a dial-up WAN. We
    used REXX, if memory serves, on the OS/2 models and could do a lot with it.

    Micronet's automated weekly nodelist/infopack uses a little bit of REXX to determine the current day of the year number and to create the FILE_ID.DIZ files for each archive. I have Mike Colinshaw's original REXX book here
    and I need to learn REXX better. I've used REXX under OS/2, Windows, and Linux.

    Yes and thanks to the open-source Regina REXX, I use REXX under Windows and Linux.
