that is handing on our homes?
Not at my home (individually) but I work for a company that builds and operators long-term rental services for various types of tenants (student housing/co-living/etc.)
Some of the buildings already include a solution that is metering utility costs and centrally reports them. My job was to integrate the data with the billing system to charge tenants as a part of the central system.
I can assess vendors if you're interested as if the building is covered we have 600 of such devices + management deployed for sure, thus quality also can be easily commented if I ask the right person.
