    Yea... I wasn't GETTING msgs, but I think it was because I didn't have the WEED_ names correct. I do now, so lets see how it goes. Also... I think I had the areafix format incorrect, how do I send a %RESCAN properly? I was doing... netmail to areafix@420:2/1... subject=PASSWORD and %RESCAN in body. Is that correct???

    Once we get this ironed out, I'll kill the QWK network and be runnin with you, Ms Anna!

    (Hope 'Ms Anna' was ok there.)

    I've looked into the areas.bbs file, and at the moment, you are not
    connected to one of the areas, so that's why you don't get any messages.
    The AreaFix message is correct (Areafix@420:2/1, subject=<password>).
    Use "%HELP" in the body to get a list of commands.
    Then, add all areas ("+<areatag>").
    And finally, I guess it's best to do this in a seperate mail, "%RESCAN" to rescan all connected areas.
    (As you are not connected to the areas at the moment, the rescan won't do anything right now)

    Once we get this ironed out, I'll kill the QWK network and be runnin with you, Ms Anna!

    Absolutely. It's really nice to see alternatives. It's
    comforting to know that sysops put resources to the task to
    accomodate the end user's preferences - and not be boxed in to
    just one method of access.

    I'll still use NNTP via Thunderbird for a couple of nets when
    OpenXP's internal one isn't suitable. Eg, Familynet results
    look strange, and Musicalnet doesn't seem to handle the To/From
    names very well for replies.

    I do poll on the QWK side and have double the message areas in my WeedNet conference... :P Its my issue tho.
